Circularium

Circularium is the transformation of over 20,000 m² of industrial space into a large center for local innovations and circular production dedicated to the city. It's a place devoted to short circuits, cultural life actors, and neighborhood life. A space for work, life, and gathering for all.

The site boasts genuine advantages. It's located just steps away from the city center, the Gare du Midi, and the canal. Its total surface area is 2 hectares (with 7,933 m² of covered areas and 12,067 m² of uncovered spaces available for Circularium). The height under the ceiling of the spaces allows for the installation of any type of industrial production and cultural events.

Its occupancy can be flexible over time and space according to individual needs. Circularium was launched in March 2020 for a minimum duration of 5 years, renewable based on the project's evolution.
